Hardware Problem Delays ICBM Test For Months

Flawed hardware on a Minuteman III intercontinental ballistic missile (ICBM) at Vandenberg Air Force Base, Calif., has forced a seven-month delay of a scheduled test, reports the Santa Ynez Valley News (Calif.).
The ICBM test was initially scheduled for Nov. 18, but is now postponed to at least June to allow for the completion of ground testing, according to Vandenberg officials.
