Hamas Fires Rockets; Air Force Hits Gaza

Four rockets have been fired from the Gaza Strip into Israel overnight Monday, reports Haaretz (Israel).

The militant group Hamas claimed responsibility -- the first time in several months that the group has done so.

No injuries or damage was reported.

The Israeli air force has recently launched several airstrikes in Gaza, including several on Monday evening that reportedly wounded five Palestinians.
