The Fatah-backed Palestinian Authority has arrested members of its rival Hamas for plotting to kill the governor of the West Bank city of Nablus, reports the Palestinian Ma'an News Agency.
The group said to be behind the alleged plot was based in Nablus with a network extending throughout the northern West Bank, according to Palestinian Authority officials. Security forces raided the group's headquarters on Wednesday, seizing weapons and cash.
