Eastern Libyan militia leader Khalifa Haftar has agreed to the terms of a cease-fire already in effect across much of the country, reports CNN.
Haftar, who leads the Libyan National Army (LNA), agreed to the truce, German Foreign Minister Heiko Maas said on Thursday.
The armistice, which was brokered by Russia and Turkey, went into effect on Sunday, the Tass news agency (Moscow) reported at the time.
