Haftar Leaves Moscow Without Signing Truce

The head of the Libyan National Army (LNA) decided not to sign a cease-fire agreement with the U.N.-backed government in Libya after hours of talks in Moscow, reports the Tass news agency (Moscow). 

Eastern militia leader Khalifa Haftar left Moscow on Monday without signing the anticipated deal. Fayyez Sarraj, the head of the Government of National Accord (GNA), had signed the accord, noted Agence France-Presse.
