Hacked Smartphones May Be Military Threat

Hacked smartphones may present a threat to military personnel by sending location data to enemy forces, say computer experts cited by Network World.

Security experts said that malicious software that commandeers phone functions could provide an enemy with valuable information about troop locations and movements.
