Guerrilla Warfare Schools Seen Doing Poor Job

India's guerrilla warfare training centers that are aimed at preparing forces to combat Maoist militants remain ineffective, according to officials cited by the the Calcutta Telegraph.
Jharkhand state has been slow in establishing its Jungle Warfare Training School (JWTS), along with two other counter-insurgency and anti-terrorist schools (CIATS), which were to be created in Padma in Hazaribagh and Netarhat, said unnamed police.
