A senior commander of Iran's Islamic Revolutionary Guard Corps (IRGC) says Western sanctions have not hurt Tehran's military advancements, reports Xinhua, China's state-based news agency.
The campaign has made Iran "more proficient, conscious and determined," and "made the armed forces more effective in the battlefield," Aerospace Commander Amir Ali Hajizadeh said Wednesday.
