Guard Helicopter Forced Down In Pa. Field

An Army National Guard helicopter was forced to land Monday in a field in Berks County, Pa., after suffering mechanical problems, the Lebanon Daily News (Pa.) reports.
The AH-64 Apache from 1st Squadron, 104th Cavalry Regiment in Fort Indiantown Gap landed Monday evening after developing a hydraulic leak, a National Guard spokesman said.
"It was a precautionary landing, not an emergency," he said. There were no injuries reported.
