Russia and Ukraine are scheduled to sign an agreement that would enable Kyiv to export grain and other agricultural products from its Black Sea ports, which have been blockaded by Russian warships since Moscow launched its unprovoked invasion in February, reports Euronews (France).
The deal, brokered by Turkey and the U.N., is expected to be formalized during a ceremony on Friday at the Dolmabahce Palace in Istanbul.
