Bulgarian Defense Minister Nikolai Mladenov says the government is developing measures to improve the operations of the ministry, reports the Sofia Echo.
Mladenov said amendments to defense legislation will improve the efficiency of various agencies, implement effective anti-corruption measures, streamline spending and improve career opportunities and development in the armed forces.
