Government Starts Program To Train FARC Rebels As Bodyguards

The Colombian government says it has started training demobilized FARC guerrillas as bodyguards, reports Colombia Reports.

More than 300 candidates for the positions arrived over the weekend at a training academy in Facatativa, near the capital Bogota, for aptitude tests. A total of 315 candidates will eventually be chosen, according to the Interior Ministry.
