Government, Russia-Backed Forces Begin Withdrawing From Front Line

The Ukrainian government and Russian-backed forces in eastern Ukraine say they have started to pull back troops and weapons from some front line areas, reports Radio Free Europe/Radio Liberty. On Tuesday, Ukrainian Foreign Minister Vadym Prystayko said that the planned withdrawal was underway in the town of Zolote in the Luhansk region.
