The government in Bangladesh has banned an Islamic militant group accused of attacking secular writers, reports the BBC.
The Ansarullah Bangla Team was outlawed on Monday after a preliminary police investigation found it was involved in terrorist activities, reported the Hidustan Times.
Since February, three atheist bloggers critical of radical Islam have been killed, including a U.S. citizen of Bangladesh origin, as has been widely reported.
