Led by the powerful Muslim Brotherhood,thousands of supporters of Jordan's opposition party have taken to the streets of the capital for a third day, the Canadian Press reports.
An estimated 3,500 protesters gathered in downtown Amman calling for the resignation of Prime Minister Samir Rifai and expressing anger over the nation's economic situation.
Another 2,500 demonstrators were seen in six other cities after Friday noon prayers.
