The South Korean military says it is going to begin to make public personal information about those who dodge the draft, reports the Yonhap news agency (Seoul).
"Beginning on July 1, the Military Manpower Administration (MAA) will implement a system to make public the personal information of those who evade military service without legitimate reason," said a defense spokesman on Monday.
