A mass grave has been found in a town in Iraq previously controlled by ISIS.
On Monday, government troops, police and Interior Ministry forces took control of Hamam al-Alil, about 15 km (9.3 mi) southeast of Mosul, reports Agence France-Presse.
Hamam al-Alil is considered the last significant settlement on the southern way to Mosul.
Forensic experts are investigating a mass grave discovered there, reports the BBC.
