Government Faces Confidence Motion After Junior Party Withdraws From Coalition Over Macedonia Deal

Greek Defense Minister Panos Kammenos and his Independent Greeks party have withdrawn from the governing coalition in opposition to a move that would normalize relations with Macedonia, reports the Kathimerini newspaper (Athens).

On Sunday, Kammenos announced the departure from the ruling coalition led by Prime Minister Alexis Tsipras.
