Government Approves Purchase Of 322 JLTVs

The Belgian government has approved the purchase of Joint Light Tactical Vehicles from Oshkosh Defense in the U.S., reports Defence Blog.

On Sept. 11, the Belgian Council of Ministers announced that the acquisition of 322 JLTVs had been approved under the Command and Liaison Vehicles (Vehicules de Commandement et de Liaison) program.

The 135 million euro (US$160 million) program includes a multiyear agreement for technical assistance.
