At least three dozen schoolgirls in Afghanistan were targeted Tuesday in two suspected poisonous gas attacks, Reuters reports.
About 30 girls in the northern city of Kunduz and six in Kabul were admitted to the hospital, medical officials said.
One of the girls in Kunduz said she saw a man in black clothes cover his face with a cloth and throw a bottle near the school. Another girl said she saw three men shortly before smelling the gas.
