German Naval Yards Protests Frigate Decision

German Naval Yards in Kiel has announced that it is protesting the award of the German MKS 180 frigate program to Dutch shipbuilder Damen. On Monday, the shipbuilder revealed that it would take legal action against the German government’s decision, stating that it had serious doubts about the legality of the decision.
