The Iranian government has accused two German journalists with spying after they interviewed the son of a woman who has been sentenced to death by stoning, the BBC reports.
The reporter and photographer were arrested in Tabriz in October. They reportedly confessed to working as reporters without the proper visas. Iranian officials said they came to Iran claiming to be tourists.
