A car bomber has struck in northern Afghanistan near a NATO convoy.
A suicide bomber blew up his explosive-laden vehicle Sunday in Kunduz city, reports Xinhua, China's state news agency.
At least three people were killed and 11 others injured, said Interior Ministry officials.
The bomber targeted a German military convoy, reported Canada's Globe and Mail.
German officials said two soldiers were wounded.
