Gates, Serdyukov Sign Accords

Russian Defense Minister Anatoly Serdyukov arrived for a full day of talks at the Pentagon Wednesday with U.S. Defense Secretary Robert Gates, Agence France-Presse reports.

This was the first visit to the Pentagon by a defense minister from Russia in more than five years.
