Gas Pipeline Attacked In Baluchistan

Militants have blown up a gas pipeline in the Pirkoh area of Dera Bugti in the Pakistani province of Baluchistan, reports the Associated Press of Pakistan.

The unidentified militants attached an explosive device to the pipe and detonated it, said security officials on Friday.

Because of the damage, the gas supply from the Pirkoh plant was suspended, said officials.

No casualties were reported.
