The first of two frigates purchased from South Korea for the Philippine navy is about to be launched, reports the Philippine News Agency.
The Jose Rizal (FF-150) is scheduled to be put into the water on Thursday at the Hyundai Heavy Industries shipyard in Ulsan in southeastern South Korea.
