The Zelenodolsk Gorky Shipyard in Russia's Tatarstan republic has completed another frigate for the Vietnamese navy, reports Interfax-AVN (Russia).
The Gepard 3.9-class vessel was launched in March and sailed for Vietnam on Monday.
The first of two frigates was delivered in July 2010; the ships were ordered by Vietnam in December 2006.
The frigates are designed for anti-aircraft, surface warfare and reconnaissance missions.
