A French navy amphibious ship arrived off the coast of Haiti Sunday to offload humanitarian aid to the earthquake-ravaged nation, Agence France-Presse reports.
The Siroco, a Foudre-class warship equipped with two landing craft and four helicopters, is scheduled to spend four days in the region.
The assault craft dropped anchor in the bay off the capital Port-au-Prince.
