Fox Tapped As Defense Secretary

Liam Fox has been named as the next British defense secretary following a deal between the Conservative and Liberal Democrat parties to form a coalition government, reports Defense News.
Fox has served as the Conservative shadow defense secretary for the past five years.
The secretary will be a member of a new National Security Council that was established on Wednesday by new Prime Minister David Cameron.
