Founder Of Zetas Drug Gang Captured

Federal security forces in Mexico say they have arrested a founding member of the Zetas drug cartel, the Los Angeles Times reports.
Flavio Mendez Santiago, 35, and a bodyguard were captured Monday in Mexico's southern state of Oaxaca, said authorities.
Mendez, also known as El Amarillo, has been in charge of smuggling drugs and migrants in southern Mexico, said federal police.
He was among Mexico's 37 most wanted drug suspects, 20 of whom have been arrested or killed.
