Bosnian authorities have charged eight former fighters with war crimes against Serb civilians during the war in the 1990s, reports Balkan Insight.
The prosecutor of the Special Dept. for War Crimes issued indictments for eight former army and police personnel accused of torturing more than 20 Serb civilians unlawfully detained at various locations in the northeastern Lukavac area in 1992, officials said on Friday.
