Foreign Ministry Files Protest With Pakistan Over Deaths Of Border Guards

Iran’s Foreign Ministry Foreign Ministry has summoned the Pakistani ambassador to file a formal protest over a deadly cross-border attack earlier this week, reports Press TV (Iran).

On Wednesday, gunmen from the Pakistani side of the border killed 10 Iranian border guards near the town of Mirjaveh in the southeastern province of Sistan-Baluchestan. (Some reports said nine were killed.)

The Jaish ul-Adl terror group claimed responsibility.
