Azerbaijan and Iran have agreed to resolve a diplomatic crisis through dialogue, reports Agence France-Presse. Azerbaijani Foreign Minister Jeyhun Bayramov said on Wednesday that he had spoken with his Iranian counterpart, Hossein Amir-Abdollahian.
