The Pentagon is streamlining the administration of the Foreign Military Sales (FMS) program, according to the head of the Defense Security Cooperation Agency (DSCA), as reported by the American Forces Press Service.
During the last five years, the State Dept. program has delivered more than $96 billion worth of weapon systems, equipment and services.
