Foreign-Flagged Ships Evading N. Korean Sanctions, Says U.S.; Matter Goes To Security Council

The U.S. government has called on the United Nations to blacklist 10 ships that allegedly violated sanctions against North Korea, reports Wall Street Journal.

U.S. officials made the request to the Security Council on Tuesday.
