Acting President Yemi Osinbajo has ordered the heads of the Nigerian army and air force to return to Maiduguri, the capital of the northern Borno state, reports the Vanguard (Lagos).
The directive came after Osinbajo held an emergency meeting with the military chiefs in Abuja on July 27.
