An investigation into South Korea's K21 amphibious infantry fighting vehicles has confirmed critical flaws in the IFV, reports the Korea Times.
A probe was launched after a vehicle sank during a river-crossing exercise in July, killing a soldier. That was the second sinking since the K21 entered service in November 2009.
