Finland’s plans to join NATO are a threat to Russia, according to a Kremlin spokesman cited by Russia’s state-owned Tass news agency.
The continued expansion of the Atlantic alliance does not make the Eurasian continent more stable or safe, the spokesman told reporters on Thursday.
