Finnish Foreign Minister Alexander Stubb urged the European Union to send a civilian rapid-reaction force to southern Kyrgyzstan, reports YLE, the Finnish Broadcasting Corp.
The mission could be sent within three days, once the situation stabilizes sufficiently, Stubb said during a meeting of foreign ministers in Luxembourg.
