FC-31 Stealth Fighter Eyed For Carrier Duty

The Chinese People’s Liberation Army Navy plans to deploy the FC-31 stealth fighter on its future aircraft carriers, reports the Global Times (Beijing).

On Thursday, Shenyang Aircraft Design Institute issued a request for proposal for components for a photoelectric target acquisition system that is stealth capable and able to operate against naval targets and monitor humidity.
