FBI Schedules Hostage-Rescue Training

The U.S. Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI) plans a five-day training exercise that will start this weekend for officers of several Nigerian law-enforcement agencies in Abuja, reports the Leadership (Abuja).
The training, involving officials from the Economic and Financial Crimes Commission, police and State Security Service, covers strategies to combat hostage-taking and negotiation, according to government sources.
