The Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI) identified Shahram Poursafi as the Islamic Revolutionary Guard Corps (IRGC) member behind a murder-for-hire plot against Trump administration-era U.S. National Security Advisor John Bolton, reported Voice of America.
