The commandant of the Marine Corps says top aviation officials are reviewing the possible causes of recent fatal accidents, reports the Marine Corps Times.
One incident this month is among those being examined. On Jan. 14. two CH-53E heavy-lift helicopters crashed off the coast of Hawaii, killing all 12 onboard the aircraft.
