The Indian navy has commissioned its latest warship.
A new fast attack vessel was commissioned Wednesday during a ceremony at the naval base in Kochi in southern India, reports the Press Trust of India.
INS Kabra, the eighth vessel in the Car Nicobar class, is named after an island in Andaman and Nicobar archipelago.
Units in the class have a top speed of more than 35 knots; they maneuver via a water-jet propulsion system for high-speed interdiction and search-and-rescue...
