A Syrian rebel group backed by Washington says it is in talks with the U.S.-led coalition to transfer its fighters to northern Syria, reports the Voice of America News.
Making the move would put the rebels in a better position to recapture the eastern city of Deir Ezzor, which is under Islamic State control, said officials from Jaish Maghawir al-Thawra (MaT), also known as Revolutionary Commando Army.
