The defense ministers of India and Russia have formalized a new military-technical cooperation agreement, reports the Press Trust of India.
Indian Defense Minister Manohar Parrikar signed the document Tuesday with his Russian counterpart Sergei Shoigu in Moscow.
Parrikar was visiting for a meeting of the India-Russia Intergovernmental Commission for Military-Technical Cooperation.
