A explosion took place early Wednesday morning during an Iraqi military raid in the northern Diyala province, killing eight soldiers and wounding four, reports Reuters.
The soldiers were attacking a house in the town of Sadiya when the bomb went off, police said. The explosion caused the building to collapse.
