The U.S. Navy's fleet of aircraft carriers is said to be struggling to keep up with operational deployments and maintenance requirements, reports the Hill (Washington, D.C.).
At the root is the fact that the Navy has 10 aircraft carriers, one short of its requirements, according to senior service officails.
