Expense Of '3-Axis' System Has Military Looking At Private Funding

The South Korean military may seek private funding for major equipment projects, says unnamed official cited by the Yonhap news agency (Seoul).

The military is working on three major programs to help defend the nation against North Korea's nuclear and missile threats: Kill Chain pre-emptive strike system; Korean Air and Missile Defense (KAMD); and the Korea Massive Punishment and Retaliation (KMPR) strategy.
