Nineteen Hazara hostages who had been held since February have been released in Afghanistan by their abductors, say Afghan officials cited by Radio Free Europe/Radio Liberty.
The Hazara are a Shi’ite ethnic group in Afghanistan.
The hostages were exchanged on Monday in Ghazni province for 22 Uzkeks, said one Afghan official.
